Alexia Hilbertidou

Alexia Hilbertidou is the passionate founder of GirlBoss NZ, New Zealand's largest organisation for young women.

Established when Alexia was just 16, GirlBoss now boasts over 13,500 members. Her mission is to empower women to take their rightful place at the boardroom table, believing that early decisions shape the future.

Having received more than 30 awards for her work, Alexia's accolades include Pacific Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Semi-Finalist for Young New Zealander of the Year, Most Influential NZ Woman under 25 at the Westpac Women of Influence Award, Forbes 30 under 30, a National Geographic Explorer, and Finalist for World Young Entrepreneur of the Year.

Her Majesty, The Queen, recognised Alexia with a Queen's Young Leader Award for Services to the Commonwealth at Buckingham Palace. Selected from over 20,000 nominations, she is the youngest Commonwealth Citizen to hold this honour.
